Job summary

Barton Community College is seeking a CDL Test Examiner to administer commercial driver’s license skills testing in accordance with Kansas Department of Revenue standards. An active Class A CDL without air brake restriction is required, with passenger and school bus endorsements preferred.

Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with random drug testing as required by the Kansas Department of Transportation. Positions open until filled; EEO/AA.

Seeking a Commercial Drivers License Test Examiner for the CDL course.

Candidates would be responsible for maintaining standards of performance, which include the expectation that all CDL skills testing will be administered in accordance with test standards and instructions supplied by the Kansas Department of Revenue.

Candidates must possess a Class A Commercial Drivers License without an air brake restriction, a passenger and school bus endorsement are preferred.

Individual(s) hired will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug testing as required by the Kansas Department of Transportation. Those who are hard of hearing or have difficulty speaking may use the Kansas Relay Service at 1-800-766-3777 or dial 711.
