Job summary

USA Truck is seeking CDL-A Team Truck Drivers for all-48-state routes. Earn $2,500 weekly per driver and up to $130,000 per year per driver, plus a $5,000 team sign-on bonus. Benefits include 100% no-touch freight, rider and pet friendly policy, breakdown pay, and per diem options.

Two weeks out with 48 hours off; team drivers must live within 100 miles of each other and apply as a team. Sleeper tractors with dry van trailers drive mostly dry goods nationwide.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or equivalent.
• Team driving experience preferred.
• Must apply as a team and team drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
• No students allowed to drive solo or join the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive as CDL-A team across all 48 states.
• Maintain DOT and safety compliance and log accurately.
• Coordinate schedule with teammate to ensure on-time deliveries.

Schedule & Route Details

• Runs all 48 states

• Multi‑stop and multi‑pickup routes
• Tractor parking at the driver's home or an approved location

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Requirements

• 12+ months of experience OR 6+ months of LXP experience
• No students
• Must apply as a team
• Team drivers must live within 100 miles of each other
