Job summary

The Campbell's Company in North Carolina is seeking a CDL Switcher Driver to operate tractor-trailers and support warehouse operations during the 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift. You will shuttle trailers, perform safety inspections, and keep precise logs to ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Pay is $25.50 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures while maintaining safety and teamwork across the

Qualifications

CDL Class A license and valid DOT medical card required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate tractor-trailers, straight trucks, forklifts, floor jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Shuttle merchandise and raw materials between company properties and facilities.
Complete local backhaul deliveries as needed.
Move trailers to and from shipping and receiving dock areas and designated yard locations.
Perform DOT and company-required pre-trip inspections and maintain logs and records.
Maintain accurate trip reports and trailer yard inventory documentation.
