Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte is seeking a Switcher II-CDL to transport trailers between docks and yard, inspect equipment, and support inbound/outbound warehouse operations.

The role may require forklift or PIT equipment operation and flexible scheduling. The position offers a night shift from 6pm to 6am, Friday through Sunday with holidays as needed, with a pay range of $25.68–$27.65 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• CDL-A required.

Responsibilities

• Transport full and empty trailers between docks and designated drop parking spaces.
• Inspect trailers for maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Maintain trailer yard organization for efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and warehouse.
• Perform other tasks including pallet building as requested by management.
• May perform duties other than switching as assigned.
