Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a CDL Switcher Driver to keep our supply chain moving safely and efficiently within a warehouse and yard environment in Charlotte, NC. The role involves transporting trailers, raw materials, and finished goods across facility locations while meeting strict safety and DOT requirements.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and support inventory and documentation tasks. The position starts at $25.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A Driver's License.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer trucks, straight trucks, forklifts, floor jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Shuttle trailers, raw materials, and finished goods between facility locations, shipping docks, receiving docks, and designated yard locations.
• Complete all DOT and company-required pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and records.
