2 years CDL truck driving experience required

I. Job Summary

Safely operates a heavy-duty truck on swing routes, driving into Residential, Commercial, and Construction environments.

II. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle according to OSHA, DOT, and company standards, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR; report issues for repair.
• Report unsafe situations or service calls before attempting service.
• Participate in scheduled training and meetings.
• Collaborate with Route Managers to improve efficiency and address unsafe accounts.
• Perform duties as scheduled, assist other drivers, and report incidents or property damage.
• Communicate customer requests/issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Ensure containers are properly dumped, clean, and correctly positioned.
• Complete route documentation and check-in procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of operating a CDL vehicle or military driving experience within the last 7 years
• Minimum 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in the country
• Class B CDL

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $24.25 - $31.37/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, stock purchase plan, 401K match, paid vacation, holidays, and personal days.
