The position emphasizes safety, pre/post-trip inspections, and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug testing.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Previous experience operating commercial vehicles or construction equipment preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Review assigned routes and communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Safely operate a CDL broom sweeper truck on assigned routes and job sites.
• Complete scheduled jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Exercise caution and safe driving practices during inclement weather.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain DOT driving qualifications and compliance requirements.
• Work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed within DOT regulations.
• Operate in varying outdoor environments including dust, noise, mud, rain, and extreme temperatures.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
