The position involves coordinating classroom, range, and on-the-road activities, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating with the team on student success strategies, with possible night sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Active CDL A License.
• 2 years of over-the-road CDL driving or 2 years of instructing experience.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Deliver CDL training to students and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state DOT requirements and program standards.
• Coordinate classroom, range, and on-the-road training; manage instructor ratio.
• Evaluate student performance and support success coaching with Workforce Solutions.
• Participate in student recruitment and retention activities.
• Attend team planning meetings; perform other duties, including possible night sessions.
