Job summary

Ashland Community and Technical College invites applications for our part-time CDL adjunct faculty pool. These are temporary, part-time positions used to fill classroom vacancies as needed when regular full-time faculty are not available due to increased enrollment, workload, or scheduling: days, evenings, weekends.

Classes are face-to-face only. Teaching assistant to help with instruction on-the-range and over-the-road activities and may do tutoring for students as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Kentucky Class A CDL License.
• Two years of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Experience as classroom, road and range CDL instructor preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Commercial Driver's License -Experience and demonstrated competencies in commercial transportation. Must hold current Kentucky Class A CDL License. Must have CDL driving experience; prefer a minimum of two (2) years. Preference will be given to applicants with experience as a classroom, road and range Class A CDL instructor.

High School diploma or equivalency.
