Job summary

Ad Display Sign Systems Inc is seeking a dependable Sign Installer to join our team in Texas. This role covers the safe and professional installation, removal, maintenance, and service of various signage at customer locations.

A valid CDL and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are REQUIRED. You will operate commercial vehicles, work at heights, and lift heavy material as part of site installations, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 1 year of sign installation, construction, electrical, welding, or other relevant field experience – REQUIRED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and installation equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment (minimum 50 Lbs.).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, service, and repair commercial signs and related components.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment used for sign installation.
• Drive CDL-required vehicles to and from job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload signs, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform installations at various heights using ladders, lifts, bucket trucks, and other equipment.
• Read measurements, job specifications, and installation instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company, DOT, and job-site safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other contractors.
• Assist with additional shop or field duties as needed.
