Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understanding of DOT requirements for CMV.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate refuse collection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive on pre-established routes and collect garbage, yard waste, or recycling.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to requests promptly.
• Supervise helpers on the route and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Submit required reports and records as trained by Waste Pro.
• Adhere to DOT and company safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain accurate route documentation and logs.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed and operate hydraulic equipment.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and report any issues.
• Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
