Job summary

Hallcon Corporation is seeking a professional shuttle/transportation driver to operate commercially on assigned routes within the Los Angeles area. The role requires a clean driving record, a Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake Endorsement, and a valid DOT Medical Certificate.

You will engage with passengers, adhere to DOT regulations, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate logs and records while delivering reliable, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Minimum age 21.
• English reading/writing/speaking sufficient for job duties.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must have Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake Endorsement.
• Must hold a current DOT Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers along assigned routes while maintaining on-time performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, incidents, or operational needs.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including daily vehicle inspections, driver logs, incident reports, and operational records.
• Document operational issues and service disruptions to support continuous improvement and trend analysis.
• Assist passengers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner while fostering a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity at all times.
