Propark Mobility is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers in Hartford, CT for full-time and part-time roles. You will drive shuttle buses, greet passengers, assist with loading, and ensure safe operation according to regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a CDL with passenger endorsement, have at least three years of driving experience, and a DOT medical card. Availability mornings, afternoons and evenings is preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• CDL driver’s license with passenger endorsement required.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus safely and in compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and reports issues to dispatch.
• Communicates with dispatchers and drivers via two-way radio to coordinate routes, arrivals, and delays.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather to anticipate problems and inform dispatch.
• Reports accidents or safety incidents to dispatcher or supervisor.
• Treats customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

CDL Shuttle Driver

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Hartford, CT

Shift & Schedule: Mornings, Afternoon and Evenings

Must Have: CDL, 3 Years Drivers License

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:*

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Good to haves

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
