Douglas Dynamics, LLC is seeking a 1st shift Shipper/CDL Driver to support our Milwaukee operations. You will receive and ship products, transport between locations, and deliver to customers while using a CDL vehicle and forklifts as needed. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a busy, manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year in Shipping or Receiving.
• 3 years experience driving a CDL vehicle preferred.
• Experience with a sit‑down forklift required.
• Experience with a standup forklift preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and ship incoming/outgoing product with minimal direction.
• Drive and operate a CDL vehicle to transport products.
• Move pallets/material and operate forklifts as needed.
• Load daily outgoing product on common carriers.
• Verify counts and quality of loaded/unloaded product.
• Complete required paperwork (packing slips, BOL, etc.).
• Collaborate with teammates across the organization.
• Follow safety guidelines and 6S practices.
• Operate forklifts safely in a fast-paced environment.
