Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; expert training and guidance to become a safe and professional First Student school bus driver.
• English proficiency is required for this role to communicate with parents, staff, and dispatch.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
