Responsibilities

• Drive commercial frontload or ancillary equipment along routes to collect solid waste and take to facilities.
• Open container enclosures and roll cans into position for dumping; ensure safe access.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle condition report daily.
• Interact courteously with customers and the public; notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness around truck and dumping areas; manage spills.
• Maintain route logs, productivity sheets, and post-trip inspection reports.
