Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation is seeking a Relief Route Service Delivery Driver based in Winchester, VA. The role emphasizes safe operation of a CMV and delivering premium service to customers, with travel to regional branches as needed.

The position offers a compensation of $61,160 annually, paid weekly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Schedule is Monday–Friday with additional Saturdays based on business needs; start times range 6–7 am until workload is completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Must possess a clean driving record with limited violations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. and climb in/out of a CMV 40–55 times per day.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week or more with variable start times.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete DOT documentation daily.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell products and manage accounts, while traveling to other branches as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery information, including cash and receipts, and support leadership with insights.
