HP Hood is seeking a Route Relief Operator in Portland, Maine. The role acts as a fill-in for the regular route driver to deliver products to HP Hood customers. A current CDL A, clean MVR, valid medical card, and ability to perform manual labor are required.

The position features a 4-day work week with early morning start times and open availability. HP Hood emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Multitasking capability and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Route Relief Operators will be expected to learn and cover all routes including depot locations.
• Responsible for the safe operation of the Company vehicle while complying with all company, State and Federal DOT regulations.
• Must represent the Company in a courteous, ethical and professional manner.
• Deliver all products ordered in a timely manner and advise the Distribution Supervisor of any recommendations for improvements or problems needing attention daily.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team while supporting the Distribution Department.
