Job summary

Primo Brands in Bullhead City, AZ, is hiring a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium service to residential, commercial and retail customers, upsell products, and manage account information while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle safely.

The role requires a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement where applicable, physical ability to lift heavy loads, a clean driving record, and the ability to work 45+ hours per week. Training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., using product handling tools.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day.
• Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
• Must possess a clean driving record which means: in the last 3 years you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension(s), revocation, or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT required documentation daily.
• Adhere to safety policies, including prohibition on use of electronic devices while driving.
• Be courteous, outgoing and maintain a professional image while delivering products to customers.
• Deliver the correct products to the right location within scheduled days and times and maintain delivery information (cash and receipts).
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.
