Job summary

Primo Brands is hiring a Flexible FT Route Service Delivery Driver in Buffalo, NY. You will provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while delivering on time and safely operating a commercial vehicle.

Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining accurate delivery information, and adhering to pricing and promotions guidelines. Candidates must meet physical requirements and obtain a DOT medical card as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available.
• Service-oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Accelerate growth through upselling and manage account information.
• Safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and complete required documentation daily.
• Meet customer preferences by delivering to correct locations within scheduled day/time.
• Upsell products and services and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals.
