Primo Brands in Arlington Heights, IL is hiring a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, upsell where possible, and manage account information while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle safely.

This full-time position requires a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement, the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, and the stamina for a 45+ hour week with early start times (6–7 am).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement required for applicable CDL positions.
• Strong face-to-face sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 45 lbs. and climb in/out of a CMV multiple times daily.
• Able to work independently in varying weather; maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products and maintain accurate account information.
• Safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle and follow DOT regulations.
• Deliver the correct products to customers on schedule during the day.
• Maintain delivery records, cash handling, and receipts.
