Job summary

Norco, Inc. is seeking a CDL Route Delivery Driver for our Industrial Store to deliver full cylinders and liquid vessels on a Monday–Friday route, returning home each night. This full-time position includes a signing bonus of 1,500 and opportunities to work with welding and safety products.

The role requires a Class B CDL with Hazmat Endorsement, delivery experience, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Norco offers a comprehensive benefits package and a culture focused on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class B CDL license with Hazmat Endorsement.
• 1 year verifiable city delivery experience preferred.
• No at fault accidents or DOT moving violations resulting in suspension in the past 3 years.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing over 100 lbs.
• Knowledge of hauling hazardous material.
• Ability to accurately enter data into computer.
• Good working knowledge of all industrial products and gases.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently organized delivery route on a daily basis.
• Load and unload freight and accurately fills out truck manifest.
• Load and unload cylinders.
• Accurately fill out gas invoices.
• Deliver freight and gas cylinders to customers.
• Take basic orders from customers when needed.
• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use.
• Sell welding and safety products and services to customer.
• Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer.
• Research products needed for customer special applications.
• Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation.
• Stock shelves when needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourIndustrial CDL Route Delivery Driver position. TheIndustrial CDL Route Delivery Driverdelivers and exchanges full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones.Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver also delivers freight to customers on a weekly route stop.

Schedule is Monday through Friday and home every night.
