Job summary

Norco, Inc in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves delivering freight and gas cylinders on a Monday–Friday route, loading/unloading, and completing invoices and manifests.

The position offers a signing bonus of $1,500 for eligible new hires, plus a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP, health/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Class B CDL with HazMat endorsement or ability to obtain through in-house CDL Driver training program.
• 1 year verifiable city delivery experience preferred.
• No at fault accidents or DOT moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Excellent driving record.
• Basic understanding of welding machines and related tools.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (writing invoices, picking up small cylinders, rolling large cylinders, pushing cylinder cart, hand trucks, steering truck, etc.).
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely around special hazards (i.e. mechanical – operating lift gate, and explosives – haul and work around flammable gas and non-flammable gas).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday and home every night.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill out gas invoices.
• Deliver freight and gas cylinders to customers.
• Take basic orders from customers when needed.
• Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules.

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourIndustrial CDL Route Delivery Driver position. TheIndustrial CDL Route Delivery Driver exchanges full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones, delivers freight to customers on a weekly route stop. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
