Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is recruiting a Rental Rollback Driver to deliver and pick up rental equipment from stores to customer sites. You will perform pre/post delivery inspections, document drops, and familiarize customers with equipment.

Ideal candidates have a CDL Class B license, 3+ years of heavy equipment transport experience, and a proven safety record. The role requires strong English communication, customer service, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class B license and be 23 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a driver for heavy equipment transport or similar.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must clear driver screenings and provide information for a complete DQ file (Road Test, MVR, DOT Physical, Drug Screen).
• Ability to manage electronic log books and delivery software on tablets.
• Capability to operate and load a variety of machines onto transport.
• Customer service oriented with a proactive, rock-star attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class B vehicle such as a 10-wheel roll back.
• Maintain safe driving record and follow safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
• Maintain DOT log book to be compliant.
• Take digital pictures of equipment before delivery.
• Load and unload equipment onto the vehicle.
• Inspect equipment for safe operation and cleanliness before delivery.
• Obtain customer signature on rental paperwork at delivery.
• Provide equipment familiarization to customers during delivery.
• Record any customer damage with photos and notes.
