Job summary

Jobsite Disposal is hiring a CDL Roll-Off Driver for a full-time on-site role in Jacksonville, FL. You will safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and transport dumpsters to construction, residential, and commercial sites.

The job requires a valid CDL Class A, clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations. You will perform pre-trip inspections, secure loads, communicate with dispatch, and maintain safety standards on every job site.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with clean driving record and experience in roll-offs.
• Ability to safely back, maneuver, and secure loads on roll-off trucks.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and ability to comply with federal/state/local requirements.
• Able to perform unloading tasks safely and check load stability.
• Strong jobsite safety awareness and ability to follow site protocols.
• Must perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time with overtime as needed.
• Effective communication with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in waste management or roll-off operations preferred but not required.
