Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Roll-Off Driver in Wisconsin to safely collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities. You will operate roll-off trucks, complete inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a valid CDL and at least one year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate. Pay is $25-27 per hour with comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, HSA, parental leave, 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Possess valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and equipment to collect waste.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports daily.
• Report vehicle/mechanical problems immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain route quality and safety standards according to management.
