Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Roll Off Driver for Henry County IN. You will service customers by delivering and removing roll-off containers, requiring a valid Class B CDL and DOT medical card. A safety-first mindset and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map and/or navigation system.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred.
• General knowledge of truck mechanics and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to deliver and remove roll-off containers on assigned routes or work orders.
• Maintain and update route sheets; perform DVIR checks.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and secure loads.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatch to ensure service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
