Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Roll-off Driver to safely operate on industrial, residential, or recycle routes and transport to disposal facilities.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and interact with customers to address requests while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. The role requires a valid CDL, a minimum of 21 years of age, and at least one year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or desired.
• Possess valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.

Responsibilities

• Drives a roll-off truck along designated routes to collect, exchange, or deliver containers and take to disposal facilities.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submits vehicle condition reports.
• Courteously interacts with customers along the route and notifies supervisor of issues.
• Maintains DOT logbook and route productivity sheets as required by law.
• Follows safety policies and operates the truck safely.
