Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers to operate and service Waste Pro trucks. Drivers are responsible for safe delivery and the efficient loading and unloading of containers for commercial customers, while maintaining excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the operating state.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understand DOT rules for commercial vehicles.
• Must be able to read and speak English clearly to communicate with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook to container; use levers to lift and strap containers.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and customers.
• Answer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales for more information.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections per Waste Pro procedures and DOT guidelines.
• Maintain a clean truck and wash exterior; inspect under hood and tires and replenish fluids.
