Job summary

WELL WERKS ENERGY LLC in Williston, ND is seeking a Rig Up Hand (CDL) to safely rig and rig-down equipment on location, load/unload trailers, and perform field maintenance. This is a safety-sensitive, FMCSA-regulated role requiring travel across state lines and excellent communication in English.

The position involves shop/yard work, keeping records, and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready for job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL required; clean driving record.
• Oilfield experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English clearly, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures on all job sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain company tools and equipment.
• Test, repair, clean and paint equipment in shop/yard.
• Prepare DVIR, JSA, Rig-Up/Down Sheets and loadout forms.
• Coordinate with District Manager and customers; ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
