Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers for our Rockwell market. The Residential Driver operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensures safe, on-time service for customers.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong safety mindset. A valid Class A or B CDL and a minimum of 21 years old are required; competitive pay and a driver award program reward performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state regulations for CMVs.
• Able to read and write English; communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Capable of operating refuse collection routes safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established route and dumps garbage per route.
• Provides courteous customer service and maintains a positive attitude.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and follows DOT guidelines.
• Maintains clean truck and uses equipment safely.
• Completes required reports and supports on-route personnel.
