Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers for the Greater Concord area. The role operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip checks and ensuring safe, on-time pickups for trash, yard waste, and recyclables.

You will lead a team on your route, maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete required reports, and comply with DOT and state regulations. A valid CDL and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the operating state.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers, coworkers, dispatch and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established route while meeting delivery windows.
• Provides courteous customer service and maintains Distinguishably Different level of service.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections per Waste Pro and DOT guidelines.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and checks for fluid levels and tires.
• Resolves issues on-site and completes required reports and documents.
• Complies with DOT and state requirements for commercial motor vehicle operators.
