Job summary

Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers. The Residential Driver operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes to pick up garbage, yard waste, or recycling.

The role includes supervising helpers on the route, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining a clean truck, and completing required reports in compliance with DOT and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements.
• Able to hear and see normally.
• Must read/write English well for paperwork.
• Drive and operate refuse trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established routes.
• Collects and dumps garbage and recyclables.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain clean truck and equipment.
• Complete required reports and documentation.
