Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL Drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, serving residential customers. The role includes driving safely, performing pre/post trip inspections, and ensuring timely pickups with a focus on courteous service.

Qualifications include a Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record and the ability to read/speak English. Must be 21+ and able to comply with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license required; clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Understand DOT regulations for CMVs and road safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service on routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist on route with helpers and supervise as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation per company policy.
