Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, with responsibilities including supervising helpers, performing pre/post-trip checks, and delivering reliable service to customers.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL (Class A or B), maintain a clean driving record, and meet DOT/state CMV requirements. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service in various weather and traffic conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A or B CDL for the state of work.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Understand DOT and state requirements for CMV operations.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive on pre-established routes and collect refuse/dump at designated facilities.
• Oversee helpers on route and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform under-hood checks and routine maintenance.
• Prepare and submit required company and regulatory reports.
• Comply with DOT/state CMV rules and respond to emergencies as needed.
