Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection trucks on pre-assigned residential routes. You will ensure safe operation, maintain logs, and provide courteous service to customers on every stop.

Applicants must have a valid Class A or B CDL, a clean driving record, be 21 or older, and comply with DOT/state regulations. This role requires physical readiness for daily driving and manual tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of position; clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for CMVs.
• Speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established route in residential areas; dumps refuse as assigned.
• Provides courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and customers.
• Ensures proper pickup and transfer of garbage/recyclables; follows designated routes.
• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections and safety checks per DOT guidelines.
• Maintains clean truck; washes exterior weekly; inspects under hood and tires.
• Assists with manual cleanup of scattered refuse and operates truck hydraulics.
• Completes required reports and documents as mandated by company/regulations.
• Oversees helpers on route; ensures safety of personnel on vehicle.
• May work during emergency situations as required.
