Job summary

Waste Pro USA in North Charlotte is hiring Energetic CDL Drivers to operate residential refuse collection routes. You will drive safely, assist on routes, and help maintain fleet standards while delivering dependable service to customers.

This position includes performing pre- and post-trip inspections, keeping vehicles clean, and following DOT regulations. A $10,000 driver award is available when criteria are met every three years.

Qualifications

• CDL license required and clean driving record.
• Experience operating refuse trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and customers.
• Perform daily truck inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Prepare and submit required reports and paperwork.
• Comply with DOT regulations and Waste Pro safety guidelines.
