The primary function of the NAPA Private Fleet, CDL A Regional Driver is to operate various tractor-trailer combinations for extended periods of time, between company/customer facilities, terminals, yards, or work sites in order to pick up, transport and deliver freight in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This is a largely sedentary role. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift load bars, up to 50 pounds.

This position offers a starting mileage pay range of $0.58 - $0.60. The average miles for this position are 3,000 - 3,200. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
