Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers. The role involves operating refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, maintaining safety and vehicle standards, and delivering courteous service to residents.

A $10,000 driver award is offered when criteria are met every three years, reflecting the company’s commitment to recognizing top performers. Essential duties include pre/post trip inspections, loading and unloading at landfills, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established route and collects/dumps garbage and recyclables.
• Provides distinguished customer service on all routes.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIR daily.
• Maintains clean truck and performs routine checks under hood and tires.
• Keeps accurate written records and reports as required by company.
