Job summary

Sunshine Disposal & Recycling is hiring a full-time Refuse Truck Driver for our Potlatch, ID team. The role involves operating automated and roll-off trucks on residential and commercial routes in Latah County, with a 5:30am–4:00pm schedule and potential overtime.

Required are a Class A or B CDL, US DOT medical card, and FMCSA drug-testing compliance. Benefits include 401k with company match, PTO, holidays, and employee medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B with US DOT medical card.
• Must comply with FMCSA drug testing rules.
• Must meet insurability requirements for carrier.

Responsibilities

• Operate refuse collection trucks on fixed residential and commercial routes.
• Dump and secure loads at end of day and perform basic truck cleanup.
• Complete DVIRs and communicate issues to supervision.
• Record route information and customer notes daily using tablet and paper.
