Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking energetic CDL drivers to join our team on pre-assigned routes. You will operate refuse collection vehicles and support helpers, performing pre-trip inspections and maintaining clean, safe trucks.

This role offers opportunities to earn a $10,000 driver award and advance with one of the leading waste management providers. Candidates must meet DOT/state requirements and communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of DOT/state requirements for commercial vehicles.
• Able to read/understand English on paperwork and routes.
• Able to drive different refuse truck types and operate controls.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established routes and collects refuse materials.
• Provides courteous, expeditious service to customers.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and performs daily inspections.
• Ensures proper loading into trucks and proper dumping at facilities.
• Prepares and submits required reports and documents.
• Communicates with dispatch and supervisors as needed.
