Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Rear Loader Driver in the Southeast region to safely operate a rear loader truck across assigned routes and provide exceptional service to residential, commercial, and municipal customers.

You will perform routine inspections, follow DOT regulations, wear PPE, and work with dispatch to optimize routes. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional conduct in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
