Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is hiring a CDL Rear Loader Driver to operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. You will collect, transport, and service materials while delivering top‑notch customer service and upholding Coastal’s safety standards.

The role requires a valid CDL, clean driving record, strong safety awareness, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Overtime and flexible schedules may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional vehicle.
• Follow DOT regulations and wear PPE.
