Coastal Waste & Recycling in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a CDL Residential Rear Loader Driver to safely operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes and service residential, commercial, and municipal customers with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will complete pre/post-trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, and represent Coastal professionally while contributing to a teamwork-driven, stable growing company.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard tech to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Support teammates and other operational needs as directed.
• Follow all DOT regulations and wear PPE.
