Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Rear Loader Driver to safely operate a rear loader truck on assigned residential and commercial routes. You will collect, transport, and service materials while delivering top-notch customer service and upholding safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Utilize onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Assist teammates on other routes or tasks as directed by management.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal.

Your Role

As a CDL Rear Loader Driver, you'll safely operate a Rear Loader Truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes.

• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.

• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.

• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.

• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.

• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

What You'll Bring

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
