Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Front End Loader Driver to safely operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes across Florida. You will service diverse customers, collect and transport materials, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle while upholding our safety standards and professionalism.

You will follow DOT regulations, wear PPE, and collaborate with dispatch and teammates to ensure timely, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely climb, bend, squat, kneel, and enter/exit equipment throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Assist teammates with other operational needs as directed by management.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling professionally.

Your Role

As a CDL Front End Loader Driver , you’ll safely operate a Front End Loader Truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You’ll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a ** Front End Loader Truck**on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
