Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Front End Loader Driver to operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes, serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers with safety and professionalism.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, document routes, and collaborate with dispatch while upholding safety standards and DOT compliance. Coastal offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Your Role

As a CDL Front End Loader Driver , you’ll safely operate a Front End Loader Truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You’ll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a ** Front End Loader Truck**on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

What You’ll Bring
