Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Yard Jockey to support loading and unloading operations at our Texas facility. You will load straps, racks, and shippers onto trucks and assist with pallet building and unloading to keep pallets and shells organized.

Ensure equipment is charged and ready for drivers, and confirm all routes have a charged mule on trailer before departure. The role requires a 21+ age, 0–1 year driving experience, and a CDL permit to CDL license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 0 to 1+ years of specific driving experience.
• Class A CDL Permit to Class A CDL license.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Yard Jockey is responsible for loading straps, racks, and shippers onto truck during the loading process.
• Assist with pallet building and unloading of trucks to maintain organization of pallets and shells.
• Ensure hand trucks and tow motors are charged and placed for drivers; ensure all DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer before leaving dock.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the warehouse and yard and assist with replenishment of product in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
