Job summary

CRH is seeking an experienced ready mix driver to operate concrete mixer trucks in Idaho. You will deliver to commercial and residential sites, perform safety inspections, and ensure DOT compliance while maintaining clean, safe equipment.

Responsibilities include accurate loading verification, on-time delivery, and data entry into the tracking system. A valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and DOT Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training; or equivalent.
• CDL Class A license with tanker endorsement.
• Valid Medical Card per DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates ready mix trucks safely in yards, streets, and job sites.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and DOT compliance checks.
• Verifies mix specs after loading and at job sites.
• Aligns mixer drum and delivers to designated areas.
• Unloads concrete by releasing through truck chute.
• Cleans truck after each delivery to prevent hardening.
• Enters production activities into electronic tracking system.
• Maintains equipment in safe, clean condition.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
