Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready Mix Driver in Idaho Falls to operate concrete trucks for both commercial and residential deliveries. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, verify mix specs, and maintain clean, safe equipment while adhering to DOT rules.

Ideal candidates hold a CDL (A or B), a DOT Medical Card, and 1–2 years of related experience; a GED or high school diploma is preferred. Local travel and safety-focused work culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reading and writing simple correspondence; basic math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operates ready mix trucks safely in yard, on highways, and at job sites delivering products.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and ensures DOT compliance.
• Delivers to commercial and residential areas; maintains equipment and cleans truck after deliveries.
• Enters truck production activities into electronic tracking system; follows mix specs.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
